Big Rhino
Standing a crazy 6 foot 6 at just 15 years old but weighing 120kg, he had never played rugby in life.
His very first session he came to our skills clinic and he couldn't last 10 minutes of doing catch and pass up the field.
He started on our Body Weight Mastery program as that's all he needed to get started and would prepare him best before even needing to start weights.
From using our body weight program and using our RDC fuel guide he dropped 14kg but he had already gained muscle so he actually lost more like 17kg of fat and gained lean muscle tissue.
He then started our weights program, and continued turning himself into a beast, losing fat and gaining fat.
He would always send videos of his sprint sessions and fixing up his form, I actually still can't believe how he went from the slowest at the clinic to the fastest in two years.
He went from not playing ever to making eastwood rep teams in two years.

Started our skills & tackling clinic when he was 13, he was holding a bit more fat then would be healthy and he had multiple injuries and pains at 13.
He couldn't get any game time in just his normal club games and he just wanted to play more footy.
He did the Bodyweight Mastery program for two years before we started him on the weights, In those two years he dropped fat, gained muscle and got a lot faster.
His confidence skyrocketed and he went from being a shy quite guy, to standing tall with lots of confidence.

He started the body weight program when he was 13 and was able to get more explosive and start running properly.

He ended up playing 1st grade colts at just 17 as he was more physically developed than 20 year olds.

How Old Should I Start My Child
You can train kids as young as 6 with this body weight mastery pdf program, it shows you how. to coach your child no matter what level they're at. I've had kids as young as 12 start our beginners weights programs and with guidance with their parents had amazing results.
Can I do this with my school or club program?
Yes, this is a perfect add on before or after training extra to give you the unfair advantage this season.
This will work best out of season but we have another program for you if you're in-season
Just 2 a week and you will be getting amazing results.
The program is designed for different fitness levels and has a level system so even the most unfit person can follow it or the fittest person
Train for what you need, if you need to be stronger, train to be stronger, if you need to be faster you train for that.
in 4 weeks of doing the RDC programs you will already be feeling a huge difference. If you do 12 weeks you will have people noticing your body changing, if you stay on for a year you will become a beast
